Good question. I'd guess no real differences. Even the ubiquitous "Crashes To Desktop" (as the EU2 forums so aptly name them) happen at the same rate on either platform, from what I gather.
(Leave it to the Swedes to make a game that crashes all the time, regardless of platform bias! Not only that, but the amount of Swedish history & other crap crammed into the game, overshadowing the major powers at times, could possibly give a player the wrong impression that Sweden was somehow a global superpower leading up to 1820. I just thought they had a lot of saunas. Boy, were my history classes wrong.)
