Recently I dug out a copy of ISOYG_Map_1.0 (the MythTFL Marathon unit conversion), but I've *forgotten* how to get access to 3rd party maps / plugins with MythTFL! :-)
I found this image on your site ( http://www.clanplaid.net/misc/son/htmlfiles/settings.jpg ) when downloading some other TFL plugins that shows the "External Plugins" dialog in the Gather Net Game screen ... I just can't figure out how to make it appear!
Please advise ... all help gratefully appreciated. Thanks! :-)
it has directions for installing the SoN plugin - which holds for all plugins to be used on b.net (if it was up) or via tcp/ip.
The important paragraph is... (replace SoN.gor with whatever plugin you are using)
Drag the file 'SoN.gor' into your Myth TFL plugins folder and fire up Myth. Then start a net game (on b.net - haha - or tcp/ip). You will need to do the 'space bar' trick to enable the new 'SoN' levels. When hosting, go to the game option screen. Enable the SoN.gor plugin screen ...
(the rest of the paragraph only pertains to co-op plugins)
My apologies for being so rabidly obtuse ... but how do I specifically invoke/engage the "spacebar trick"? Do I need to hold the spacebar in while clicking the game setup button on the gathering game lobby screen?
(I *know* I used to remember how to do this ... I feel really dumb! ;-) )

[/quote] the 'space bar trick' is only for single player/co-op levels. What you do is 'activate' the plugin by highlighting that plugin in the 'external plugins' box on the game options, then put the cursor in the game name box by clicking in it, then hold down the space bar, then click on the 'use single player levels' checkbox a few times, ending with it checked.
Now, I guess I didn't remember ISOYG being for TFL - I thought it was a Myth II thing. Also, 'normal' levels will show automatically if you have the plugin highlighted in the 'external plugin' part of the game options page. If the plugin does not show up there - then it is not installed properly or it is not a TFL plugin. Highlight the plugin then any multi player maps will show up in the maps list.
