I don't think there is anyone who couldn't benefit from having it.

Either myself or Kalli are the top enchanters that I can think of offhand.

Kalli is at 375, while I am at 371.

I believe that one is 345 skill. So, we can both do it.

Deacon also has an enchanter, but I don't know his level offhand (I believe it a bit less).

It's your call.
