This time I "aimed" much farther south, and it still moves my dot all the way and heck north. Maybe it doesn't like Macs. Or maybe it's just poorly-coded...
However, it reminded me of a map-related link someone posted not long ago on the Hotline Server (in the news, which I now can't read cos I switched back to 1.2.3)
It was a link to a site which let you pull up satellite images of anywhere in the US, then zoom in the level of being able to see cars and trees...
Stern was just on hotline helping me find the link... does anyone still have it? I wish I'd bookmarked it then... or maybe I did... I seem to be missing a whole bunch of bookmarks.
If there were some way to incorporate the two ideas, that would be neet... being able to look down at Nate's house from space!

It moved the dot from where I wanted it, and there's no way to change it. Grrrr. Pretty sure Edmonton isn't on the shores of Lake Athabasca. 8)

Nice site. However the arrow pointer thingy isn't too accurate :P

Close enough. :)
Maybe it is indeed a Mac thing, I dunno. It's been pixel-precise the two times I've used it.

Also, you can't update your entry later, which is kind of a bummer, since I might want to change something.

This thing is fucked up, I don't live in Nevada, I live in San Diego!

Of course, we've all learned from Acrappa's example not to use our banners for the image.

My poor little dot has been sucked out into the middle of the ocean! ;)
I didn't get much out of this one either ;-)
